The webcam interview can be used in various ways:
- As an initial pre-selection step, prior to a personal meeting and the actual application interview;
- As a main selection process, whereby only two or three of the best candidates given an interview;
- A question and answer game with a maximum of 8 multiple-choice questions, resulting in the points total determining whether the candidate can apply
- An e-assessment presented to the chosen candidates after the pre-selection process. For this, Clooks makes use of professional partners who offer tailor-made solutions.
In the first case, it mostly involves getting an impression of the candidate’s personality. A talking passport photo, so to speak. If Preview is used as the main selection process, then the choice of questions from the question library is very important. By selecting the correct questions, you can quickly establish whether the candidate is suitable or not.
