Clooks was founded in 2005 with the idea that the classic application process was rather lengthy and inefficient and that hardly any use was made of new techniques and media. As a result, the process was unnecessarily slow and important opportunities were being missed.
A considerable objection to the old method is that the candidate is first judged on a CV, while many people have to rely on their personality. This can really only be assessed during a personal meeting. Clooks has made it possible to bring that personal meeting forward. With lower costs and shorter procedures as a consequence.
With these new techniques, Clooks wants to improve and speed up and improve other interactions between people and organisations.
